We ship across the United States. Here's what to expect.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. Current rates:
- **Standard shipping:** $5.99 — delivered in 3–7 business days.
- **Express shipping:** $14.99 — delivered in 1–3 business days.
- **Free standard shipping** on orders over $50.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
1. Check with neighbors and household members.
2. Contact your local carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
3. If still missing after 48 hours, email [email protected] and we will help you file a claim.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
